Roles

2min

Role-based access control (RBAC) is an important security mechanism in IoT projects, as it enables the control of access to connected devices, systems, and data based on user roles and responsibilities.

Roles can be created and provided various permissions and accesses to restrict the users to certain devices, data or dashboards.

These Roles can be assigned to number of users with required restrictions based on their business functions.
