SMS Notification

SMS notifications send critical alerts directly to key personnel via text, ensuring urgent device issues are promptly addressed, regardless of online status.



To Setup an SMS Notification,

Step 1: Navigate to the Notification Settings under the Alerts tab.

Step 2: Click on the "Add Notification Rule" Button

Step 3: Select "SMS"

Step 4: Choose an Alert Rule, then input the phone numbers as a comma-separated list, followed by the notification interval specified in seconds.

Note: Including the international subscriber dialling code is mandatory.

You will find the new Notification Rule in the table on the Notification Settings tab.
