Static text panel can be used to highlight a portion of the dashboard or panel

Add Static text panel

Step 1: Navigate to the Dashboards tab, select the desired dashboard, and click the Add Panel button to create a new panel.

Step 2: Select Static Text Panel

Step 3: You can type in whatever static text you want to show in the panel.

Step 4: Visual changes like font size, style, and color can be changed from the View tab
